Kristin and I collaborated on various creative projects during a transitional time for a global human resources brand. Delivering everything from high-end white paper layouts to high-stakes presentation design, Kristin was also crucial in helping me think through some unique creative approaches for some not-so-straightforward creative challenges. Highly creative, strategically-minded, and always delivering on time, I can easily recommend Kristin for any opportunities that require all of the above. The presentation Kristin designed was a huge success. The room LOVED it. They learned, laughed, asked for copies and everyone over the next two days said it was one of the best presentations they have seen. It really popped, thanks to Kristin. And in the room were the top executives of two two of the largest advertising/marketing and PR agencies in the country. The competition, while full of interesting info, was dull, black on white, not readable and became PPT on tape. So when it was our turn, the room came to life!

Kristin is the definition of a quality employee: productive, self-motivated, friendly, creative…I could go on and on. I’ve enjoyed being able to work with her on projects over the years. She always makes my work (and others) more impressive through her magic touch. 

Kristin is very versatile, bringing fresh ideas from traditional presentations, interactive presentations to infographics, branding and print collateral. Kristin has been my go to during my time at Edelman, I know with Kristin that we will get amazing results and an awesome finished product. She is able to give pieces a visual rhythm and a cohesive look. She is always open to learning how to do new things, which has broadened her skill set to make her well rounded creative. Kristin is very productive, she works quickly and is efficient while never sacrifices the quality of her work.

Kristin makes my team’s ideas and content pop. She takes complex topics and distills them visually so that audiences can understand and interact with the information. She is extremely productive, and meets timelines consistently. The extremely high quality of her work—though perhaps I should call them masterpieces—coupled with her responsive turn-arounds have made her my team’s favorite to work with. Her ideas are fresh and ever-changing, and after every presentation we get multiple requests for “that beautiful deck!!” She consistently goes above and beyond on the creativity, style and responsiveness: she is amazing to work with. 

I have had the pleasure of working with Kristin on projects for the University of Chicago Hospitals. In that time, I have had the opportunity to view her ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and develop creative logos for departments and programs within the University of Chicago Hospitals system. In my years of working with designers, Ms. Salvador is a designer who has made a significant contribution to my own work. Her work has been high-quality and she has been a reliable source of solid concepts. If you are looking for an organized and hard-working designer, I can think of no better than Kristin.

I have worked with Kristin in several different capacities. We worked together at United Way, Ethos3 and on independent projects. Within every capacity, her design work is clean, innovative and modern. You need only to give her a few concepts and she runs with it to create a stellar visual product. The only thing that supersedes her creative design is her ability to deliver a project promptly. Kristin was hired on as a contract designer for the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks.
